Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Audien Hearing apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
